Qualifications

• 3+ years leading social media for a tech brand, with accounts you’ve measurably grown.
• Deep fluency in X and LinkedIn, with a point of view on what earns attention with technical audiences.
• Sharp writing and editorial judgment with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts clearly.
• Hands-on creative skills: short-form video editing and design in Figma/Canva/Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Channel strategy and voice. Own X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and decide where we go next.
• Always-on content engine. Plan and run the calendar around research releases, milestones, and events.
• Community and real-time engagement with researchers, press, and partners.
• Video content creation from storyboard through editing and production.
• Founders’ voice programs to elevate co-founders across influencers.
• Social agency management from briefs to budgets and reviews.
• Measurement and growth through dashboards and experiments.
