Job summary

Foundry Robotics is seeking a marketing leader to own brand and product marketing and to guide external partners across website, events, and content. You will shape messaging for AI robotics researchers, engineers, defense leads, and investors, while building scalable GTM processes.

You will collaborate with the VP of Business, CEO, GTM, and Engineering leaders to build analytics, inbound capture, and CRM workflows, delivering a first-class market presence and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B marketing, including hands‑on work.
• Owned brand and product marketing—positioning & messaging for a sales team.
• Managed external agencies (web, PR, creative, or events) with strong outcomes.
• End-to-end website project management with a design or development partner.
• Hands-on events experience: booth plan, shows, follow‑ups.
• Strong writing is essential for this role.
• Earn credibility with engineers and justify agency directions.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand and product marketing initiatives across website, events, and content to drive growth.
• Own social channels, demos, and analytic reporting to inform GTM decisions.
• Deliver end-to-end events and demand-gen programs, including booth development and outreach systems.
• Build a monthly leadership scorecard with spend, pipeline, ROI, and channel insights.
