Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hardware-oriented software development with a bachelor's degree (3 years with a master's).
• Experience with robotic or electro-mechanical systems, including control and mechatronics.
• Experience with Windows PC or Web UI development.
• Proficient in object-oriented Python.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to drive projects to completion.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing test fixtures, software, and test system quality.
• Develop deep technical understanding of product operation and testing algorithms.
• Design, document and qualify test software for manufacturing new robot subsystems.
• Work independently to overcome roadblocks with minimal guidance.
• Troubleshoot production line issues.
• Improve manufacturing test capability with new technology, software, and analytics.
