Job summary

Surgical in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an Manufacturing/Equipment/Supplier Engineering Intern (Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering majors). The program offers hands-on tasks across multiple engineering teams, including manufacturing support, equipment testing, and supplier engineering.

You’ll gain experience in rapid prototyping, CAD, and documentation for medical devices. Candidates must be enrolled in an engineering degree program (Bachelor level; Master’s considered) and able to work full-time

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering program and returning after the internship.
• Preference for hands-on rapid prototyping experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Engineering, Equipment/Automation, Supplier Engineering teams.
• Perform problem-solving and documentation related to medical device development and surgical robotics systems.
• Present a project and lessons learned to the organization.
