Job summary

1X is building humanoid robots for home use, with a focus on manufacturability of NEO designs. You will develop and improve processes to move parts from stock to assembled hardware, build fixtures and workflows, and feed learnings back into the next robot revision.

This role is production‑critical and directly enables shipping at scale. The team values hands‑on builders who own their work, move fast, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document repeatable manufacturing and assembly processes for prototype and pre‑production parts that others can run reliably.
