Job summary
L2x Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced engineer to develop manufacturing processes and lead NPI activities for production-ready robotics-enabled products.
You will program and troubleshoot 6-axis robotics (Yaskawa preferred) and work with design/test teams to ensure safety, quality and process documentation. The role demands tight-tolerance environments and strong BOM management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years in electronics/electro-mechanical/manufacturing/assembly.
- Hands-on programming and support of 6-axis robotics.
- Experience in regulated or high-tolerance environments such as medical/defense/aerospace.
- Experience with NPD/NPI or prototype environments.
- Ability to create and manage BOMs linked to ECOs/CARs.
- Ability to define and test electrical/mechanical methods.
- Cross-functional collaboration with design, test, quality, and production teams.
- Train operators and technicians on processes, equipment and standard work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed process sheets, work instructions and standard work.
- Lead NPI activities from prototype to production readiness.
- Program, troubleshoot and support 6-axis robotics systems.
- Identify and resolve robotic/equipment/process issues.
