Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive new model start-ups and ongoing process improvements in a hands-on automation environment. You will support engineering, automation, robotics, and manufacturing teams to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading automation initiatives, developing control programs, and ensuring safety and ISO compliance across projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
4–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and automated manufacturing systems.
Proven project management skills.
Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on manufacturing and process improvement.
Understanding of manufacturing safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead automated manufacturing projects from concept to deployment.
Develop and implement PLC, HMI, and robotics programs.
Design and commission automation systems and robotic work cells.
Create project schedules and track progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy smart manufacturing solutions.
Support preventive maintenance and lifecycle management for automation systems.
Evaluate new automation technologies for safety, quality and cost.
Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
