Job summary

Dexmate in Fremont, CA is building and running the physical operations layer for our robotics platform. You’ll own inventory, lab operations, and customer shipping from end to end—on the floor, in the lab, and at the loading dock.

You’ll design and run an end-to-end inventory system, maintain accuracy across labs and warehouses, kit parts for builds, and manage inbound/outbound logistics including international shipments and packaging decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hardware lab operations, materials management, or logistics.
• Experience with inbound and outbound logistics, including international shipments.
• Built or significantly improved an inventory system, not just operated one.
• Read BOMs and understand part revisions; prototype handling experience.
• Strong organization and accuracy, able to hold others to it.

Responsibilities

• Design and run our end-to-end inventory system including part numbering and location scheme.
• Own inventory accuracy across labs and warehouses and set targets.
• Kit parts for robot builds and ensure timely delivery to benches.
• Track tools, calibration, and maintenance; manage scheduling.
• Own outbound shipments domestically and internationally, with packaging decisions.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound with Seoul office; manage freight and Incoterms.
• Prepare export docs and maintain serial-number level records; handle insurance.
