Job summary

Figure, an AI robotics company in San Jose, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to run our warehouse of robots, spare parts, and equipment supporting deployments and field data operations. You will own receiving, storage, inspection, kitting, and inventory accuracy, and coordinate with the Dispatch and Deployment teams to ensure timely deliveries and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in warehouse management, inventory control, or hardware/field deployments.
• Track record of owning physical inventory accuracy at scale.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication across logistics, dispatch, and project teams.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and spreadsheets.
• Experience leading or supervising a small team.
• Comfortable with physical work and operating warehouse equipment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day warehouse operations: layout, storage, labeling, and organization of robots and parts.
• Receive shipments; inspect, log condition, and check items into inventory.
• Build and stage kits against project manifests; hand off to Dispatch for delivery to sites.
• Maintain real-time inventory records for all equipment.
• Inspect and process returned equipment; route for repair or restock.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and proper storage of batteries and sensitive gear.
• Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff or temp labor as needed.
• Forecast equipment needs with Deployment Logistics Lead and Dispatch Coordinator.
