Stryker in Tacoma, WA is hiring a Clinical Specialist for Joint Replacement to support surgeons in robotic-arm assisted surgeries using the Mako system. You will train OR staff, assist with implant planning, and ensure seamless case preparation.

Required: a 4-year degree or equivalent and strong technical skills; preferred: 1 year of relevant experience and clinical background. On-site role with strong safety and OSHA-compliant practices; high interaction with customers and travel as needed.

Qualifications

4-year degree or equivalent.
Aptitude in technical skills and technology systems and administrative procedures (ERP, Office).

Responsabilités

Train surgeons and OR staff in robotic arm operation for precise placement.
Learn software for pre-operative CT scans and assist with planning.
Shadow and support account coordination, inventory, instrumentation, and case prep.
Document surgery support and events, providing product feedback.
Maintain locally consigned equipment and disposables inventories.
Build relationships through active account management and support.
Provide prompt complaint reports per quality system requirements.
On-call duties evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Assist in product demonstrations and lab logistics.
Resolve product issues for customers promptly and efficiently.
