Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent required.
• Aptitude in technical systems and administrative procedures (ERP, Office Suite).
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Extracurricular involvement encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Train surgeons and OR staff in operation of robotic arm applications for ideal placement and precision.
• Learn software for pre-operative CT scans and assist with implant planning, sizing, positioning.
• Shadow and support daily account coordination, manage inventory, instrumentation, and case preparation.
• Document and report surgery support and educational events, provide feedback for product improvement.
• Maintain consigned equipment, instruments, implants, and disposables inventories.
• Build relationships with customers through account management and support.
• Provide prompt complaint reports in compliance with quality systems.
• On-call duties evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Assist in product demonstrations and lab logistics.
• Solve product problems promptly and efficiently.
