Amazon is seeking a Support Engineer III for its Robotics IT Service Management team to design, implement, and support Linux-based systems, lab buildouts, and manufacturing workflows. This hands-on role acts as a technical contact across R&D, engineering, and operations while mentoring teammates and driving internal tooling.

• 2+ years of technical support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide white-glove, hands-on support for end user and manufacturing devices (laptops, printers, scanners).
• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including Linux systems, networking, and end-user devices.
• Lead physical lab buildouts for robotics labs with procurement and deployment planning for high-density compute and GPU environments.
• Serve as escalation point for R&D, engineering, and operations with clear stakeholder communication.
