Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Mechanical/Electrical Design Engineering; machine design or electrical component development.
• Experience designing electromechanical assemblies (robotics, automotive, aerospace, industrial automation).
• Experience with CAD tools such as SOLIDWORKS or Siemens NX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate electromechanical designs for robotics across concept development and prototyping.
• Model and test systems to ensure ergonomics, performance, reliability, and safety.
• Collaborate across disciplines to integrate sensing, communication, and planning/control functions.
• Lead prototype construction, testing, and iteration based on analytical findings.
• Explore and apply AI techniques to optimize workflows and design processes.
