Job summary

Meta Robotics Studio in Burlingame, CA seeks an Electrical Engineer to tackle complex robotic hardware design, including fabrication of PCBs, FPCs, and power systems. You will design, test, and integrate multi-component electrical systems using SPICE, MATLAB, Altium or Cadence, while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure safety and reliability.

The role requires hands-on lab work, soldering and system bring-up, and a strong track record of launching consumer robotics hardware.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Electrical Engineering with product inception to launch experience.
• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with robotic systems, power electronics, and safety.
• Proficient with SPICE, MATLAB, Altium or Cadence.
• Hands-on lab testing and system integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design electrical solutions for robotics hardware.
• Develop schematics, board layouts, test, debug, and integrate systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners and support bring-up.
