Job summary

Emtech in Seattle is seeking a Hardware Logistics & Inventory Technician to ensure hardware, tools, and components are available for robotics development, testing, and deployment. You will own inventory accuracy, manage material flow, and support kitting, receiving, and coordination with engineering and procurement teams to minimize downtime and improve build efficiency.

This role requires a hardworking, collaborative teammate who can work independently, pass background checks, and lift up to 50

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of parts, tools, and consumables.
• Perform routine cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Track high-value and long-lead components.
• Prepare and stage material kits for hardware builds and test activities.
• Own physical organization of inventory areas, bins, and storage systems.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders.
• Log and track incoming materials in inventory systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams on material needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages.
• Escalate issues proactively to prevent delays.
