Job summary

Kforce has a client in Foster City, CA seeking a Project Manager to scale robotics operations, partnering with Fleet Operations, engineering, and program leadership to drive process improvements and track fleet uptime.

You'll own documentation, manage end-to-end ODP, and build dashboards to show leadership throughput and program health. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and structured problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management, ideally within fleet operations or robotics.
• Ability to design and improve operational processes.
• Strong cross-functional communication to align engineering, operations, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Fleet Operations process documentation and playbooks.
• Manage the Operational Development Process end to end, triage tickets and track root cause till resolution.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive root-cause analysis and adopt solutions into workflows.
• Build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility into throughput and trends.
• Support planning and execution of scaling initiatives, tracking milestones and risks.
• Facilitate triage sessions, program reviews, and stakeholder syncs.
• Handle general program management tasks from scheduling to status reporting.
