Job summary

Tutor Intelligence is seeking a technically credible, customer-oriented engineer to own a portfolio of Tutor robot deployments in production. You’ll be the primary technical partner for sites, accountable for operational and technical success, with time on-site and remote diagnosis.

This role is not pure CS or product engineering; you will diagnose issues across software, hardware, and processes, propose field-driven improvements with engineering, and serve as the trusted voice for customers in

Qualifications

2-5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
Technical depth in robotics, automation, controls, or manufacturing systems.
Comfort with both software and physical systems in real-world environments.
Strong relationship orientation and clear communication with diverse teams.
Willingness to spend meaningful time on-site at customer facilities.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of customer sites end-to-end and be the technical partner for each site.
Diagnose and resolve issues across software, hardware, and processes.
Collaborate with engineering to implement field-driven improvements.
Represent customers' voice in product roadmaps and internal discussions.
Monitor fleet health and enable growth opportunities with Account Executives.
