Job summary

Tutor Intelligence is seeking a technically credible, customer-oriented engineer to own a portfolio of Tutor robot deployments in production. You’ll be the trusted technical partner for each site, coordinating with operations, engineering, and maintenance to ensure success.

The role emphasizes diagnostics across software, mechanical, and process dimensions, partnering with engineering for improvements, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Experience in robotics deployment or industrial automation.
• Hands-on with both software and physical systems.
• Ability to diagnose issues and communicate with engineers.
• Genuine relationship orientation with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer sites end-to-end.
• Diagnose issues across software, hardware, and processes.
• Partner with engineering to implement improvements.
• Monitor fleet health, uptime, reliability, and throughput.
• Be the voice of customers in roadmap discussions.
• Spend significant time on-site at facilities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on growth opportunities.
