Job summary

Columbia Machine, Inc. in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide technical customer service and support during installation, commissioning, and servicing of Concrete Products equipment.

You will travel up to 75% to on-site locations, educate customers, troubleshoot remotely when needed, and ensure electrical and mechanical systems operate safely and reliably, contributing to project success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or vocational/technical degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Concrete Products, including electro/mechanical repair and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical customer service and support during installation, commissioning, and servicing of Concrete Products equipment.
• Travels up to 75% to perform on-site services and customer training.
• Educates, trains, and troubleshoots problems on-site and remotely.
• Ensures equipment functions safely and properly after installation and commissioning.
• Documents service activities and communicates status to customers and internal teams.
