Job summary

LionsBot International is seeking Robotics Service Technicians to join our field service team. You will travel to customer sites across North America and provide both on-site and remote technical support, ensuring successful deployments and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in robotics/mechatronics, electrical, electronic, mechanical, information technology or related field.
2+ years in electrical/electronic/mechanical fields.
1+ years in customer service (in-person or remote).
Ability to travel across North America (80%+).

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites regularly and provide remote technical support.
Work from a residential office when not traveling.
Support onsite sales trials, demonstrations, and deployments.
Commission robots on-site: map creation/design, cleaning zones programming, testing and calibration.
Train and certify customers in robot use.
Provide technical services and troubleshooting (onsite/remote) to customer inquiries.
Coordinate with internal Engineering teams for troubleshooting and resolution.
Document service interactions and outcomes for each visit or call.
