  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in robotics/mechatronics, electrical, electronic, mechanical, information technology or related field.
  • 2+ years in electrical/electronic/mechanical fields.
  • 1+ years in customer service (in-person or remote).
  • Ability to travel across North America (80%+).

Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites regularly and provide remote technical support.
  • Work from a residential office when not traveling.
  • Support onsite sales trials, demonstrations, and deployments.
  • Commission robots on-site: map creation/design, cleaning zones programming, testing and calibration.
  • Train and certify customers in robot use.
  • Provide technical services and troubleshooting (onsite/remote) to customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal Engineering teams for troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Document service interactions and outcomes for each visit or call.
