LionsBot USA is seeking Robotics Service Technicians to support US customers with technical and servicing needs, primarily traveling across the United States (80%+). The role includes on-site commissioning, remote support, and customer training to ensure top satisfaction.

Qualified candidates in the Greater Chicago Area will be considered first. A bachelor’s degree in robotics/mechatronics or related field and strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to lift 60 pounds

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in robotics/mechatronics, electrical, electronic, mechanical, IT or related field.
  • 2+ years in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields.
  • 1+ years in customer service, in-person or remote.
  • Ability to regularly travel throughout North America (80%+).

Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites regularly and provide remote technical support.
  • Work from a residential office when not traveling.
  • Support onsite sales trials, demonstrations, and deployments.
  • Commission robots onsite: map creation, zone design, testing, calibration.
  • Train and certify customers in robot use.
  • Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting and support.
  • Document service outcomes for visits and calls.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for issue resolution.
