Job summary

ContractStaffingRecruiters.com is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and troubleshoot robotic cells and safety systems across customer sites in Nebraska and beyond. You will work with the Head of Field Operations to ensure installations meet quality standards and are well-documented in MaintainX.

You will interpret drawings, perform preventive maintenance, respond to service calls, and communicate field observations to improve product uptime and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience installing/maintaining robotic systems.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-installation site planning as directed by the Head of Field Operations.
• Arrive onsite with all tools and equipment necessary for installation.
• Participate in the robotics pre-install safety review with install teams.
• Perform mechanical assembly, wiring and configuration of robotic cells and safety systems.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and site-specific requirements.
• Interpret drawings and schematics to support accurate installation.
• Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.
