Qualifications
Must possess and maintain a current, valid Driver License.
Experience in technical field service, preferably in life sciences.
Ability to troubleshoot electronics and mechanical systems.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Ability to lift, carry, push or pull approximately 60 lbs.
Responsibilities
Responsible for new equipment installation.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
Provide high-quality customer support.
Navigate to customer sites and ensure timely arrivals.
Conduct root cause analysis on instrument failures.
