Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a current, valid Driver License.
• Experience in technical field service, preferably in life sciences.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics and mechanical systems.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull approximately 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new equipment installation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Provide high-quality customer support.
• Navigate to customer sites and ensure timely arrivals.
• Conduct root cause analysis on instrument failures.
