Job summary

Weave Robotics, Inc. is seeking a field service engineer to install, maintain, and repair robots at customer locations. You will run your own schedule, decide on-site whether to repair or swap, and document findings for engineering to fix root causes.

You are the main on-site contact, so clear communication and customer care matter. You’ll deploy robotic systems in homes and businesses, troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, software, and networking domains, and coordinate with engineering

Qualifications

• 2+ years deploying, servicing, or supporting electromechanical/robotic systems.
• Ability to diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
• Experience documenting issues and using ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy robotic systems: install, configure, calibrate, and validate robots at customer locations.
• Maintain fleet health: perform preventative maintenance, upgrades, repairs, and hardware replacements.
• Diagnose, resolve, and track issues: troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and networking problems in the field.
• Improve operational processes: refine deployment procedures, service docs, and troubleshooting workflows.
• Support customers: explain robot capabilities and features during visits.
