Job summary

the company Robotics team is focused on unlocking general-purpose robotics and pushing towards AGI-level intelligence in real-world settings. You will own the health of robotic workcells, diagnose issues, and build tools and documentation to improve operator efficiency. This role is based in San Francisco, CA, with relocation assistance provided.

You will collaborate with technicians and engineers to improve fleet support, create SOPs, and transition prototypes to scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years supporting electromechanical or robotics systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot real-world failures under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health of robotic workcells in operation.
• Diagnose, fix, and escalate issues across hardware and software.
• Create SOPs and diagnostic playbooks for floor teams.
• Write lightweight scripts to identify fleet trends and reliability improvements.
• Manage tickets with clear ownership and escalation paths.
