Job summary

F-Prime Capital seeks a field deployment engineer to lead robotic system implementations in customer warehouses, e-commerce fulfillment centers, and logistics facilities. You will work with engineering and GTM teams to ensure customer success and industry partner satisfaction.

You are fast-learning, independent, and capable of configuring, testing, and supporting software and hardware deployments, with a willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• BS in EE/ME/CS or equivalent; services or deployment experience is a plus
• Fundamental programming knowledge; Linux and/or Python experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with on-the-ground stakeholders like warehouse managers and IT operators
• Willingness to travel up to 50-100% monthly, including international visits

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of automation solutions including robots, software, and hardware in customer warehouses
• Configure, calibrate and test software/hardware for deployments
• Conduct on-site integration and test activities and evaluate post-go-live metrics
• Serve as primary customer contact during install and go-live
• Execute field retrofits/upgrades/repairs with engineering teams
• Contribute to engineering and business development projects at RHR HQ
• Support tradeshow/marketing efforts by deploying/demoing systems
• Lead and support in-person and remote training for customers and partners
