Qualifications

• 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience
• Robotics and automation experience required
• Leadership or team lead experience
• Strong design background for custom machines/systems
• Automation integrator experience preferred
• SolidWorks CAD experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small mechanical engineering team.
• Provide technical direction for custom robotics and automation systems.
• Oversee mechanical design from concept through build and implementation.
• Serve as a technical resource for engineers, customers, and internal teams.
• Review designs, troubleshoot challenges, and improve engineering processes.
• Collaborate with controls, manufacturing, project management, and leadership.
