Qualifications
- 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
- Robotics and industrial automation experience required.
- Previous engineering leadership or team lead experience.
- Automation integrator experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small mechanical engineering team.
- Provide technical direction for custom robotics and automation systems.
- Oversee mechanical design from concept through build and implementation.
- Serve as a technical resource for engineers, customers, and internal teams.
- Review designs, troubleshoot challenges, and improve engineering processes.
- Collaborate with controls, manufacturing, project management, and leadership.
- Help maintain project schedules and engineering standards.
