Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical & Design Engineering Manager to lead its Mechanical Engineering and Design teams.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of mechanical design, automation, robotics, motion control, hydraulics, pneumatics, and safety across remanufacturing operations. You will mentor engineers, set technical roadmaps, manage capital projects, and partner with Controls, Software, Quality, and Manufacturing to deliver reliable,

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with lean methodologies (SMED, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team of Mechanical Engineers, Designers, and Technicians.
• Establish engineering standards, roadmaps, and best practices for design and automation.
• Direct design of tooling, fixtures, gauges, and automated test systems.
• Lead automation initiatives including robotics, servo motion, hydraulics, and machine safety.
• Collaborate with Controls and Instrumentation to integrate full manufacturing systems.
• Manage capital equipment projects from concept through commissioning; control scope, budget, and risk.
