Job summary

Wonder is seeking a highly organized Engineering Buyer to support our R&D teams in developing robotics for next‑generation restaurants. You’ll execute PO transactions, vet vendors, and own the procurement process end‑to‑end across multiple projects, while coordinating with Engineering and Finance.

Requirements include 3–5+ years in purchasing or supply chain for hardware or automation and a BS in Supply Chain or related field.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain for hardware, manufacturing, or automation products.
• BS in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, or related field; engineering background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage PO transactions for engineering components across sensors, actuators, passive components, testing tools, and custom‑fabricated parts.
• Track open orders and expedite shipments to align with build milestones.
• Maintain a current tracker of orders with status, tracking, and priority for team reviews.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, contracts, invoicing, and returns (RMAs).
