Job summary

Wonder seeks an organized Engineering Buyer to support R&D robotics in Boston, MA. You’ll execute POs, vet vendors, and keep multi-project builds on schedule. You’ll own vendor administration and resolve PO platform bottlenecks while partnering with engineering, procurement and accounting teams.

You’ll need 3–5+ years in hardware procurement, a BS in a related field, and comfort reading datasheets. On-site role with strong benefits and equity participation.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in purchasing, procurement or supply chain for hardware or automation products.
• BS in Supply Chain, Business Admin or Operations preferred; engineering background is a plus.
• Strong ability to read datasheets and communicate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Execute and track PO transactions for engineering components and custom parts.
• Coordinate vendor demos, onboarding, and ongoing account management.
• Collaborate with legal and internal teams on NDAs and contracts.
• Document vendor specs and maintain organized records for engineers.
