Job summary

Wonder seeks a highly organized Engineering Buyer to support its Robotics R&D teams in rapidly developing robotics for Wonder’s next-generation restaurants. You’ll execute PO transactions, vet vendors, and keep complex builds on schedule.

You’ll manage the vendor lifecycle, onboard new suppliers into purchasing systems, and coordinate with legal on NDAs. This role requires hands-on procurement experience with hardware, manufacturing or automation components and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of buying, procurement, or supply chain experience in hardware, manufacturing, or automation.
• BS in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Operations, or related field preferred; technical familiarity helps.
• Ability to read part numbers and discuss datasheets with technical vendors.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage PO transactions for engineering components across sensors, actuators, and custom parts.
• Track orders, expediting shipments to align with build milestones.
• Onboard vendors, manage NDAs and vendor contracts with legal as needed.
• Coordinate with finance/accounting to resolve PO/invoice issues and maintain records.
