Job summary

Wonder's Boston office is seeking a Culinary Commercialization Manager, Robotics. You will drive menu and recipe adaptation on automated platforms, lead ingredient sourcing, and oversee hands-on culinary testing to support enterprise B2B clients.

You'll collaborate with engineering and the CE team to validate new ingredients on robotic systems, develop SOPs, and provide on-site support during pilots, launches and store openings, ensuring quality and scale across high-volume operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of restaurant and/or kitchen management experience.
• Experience setting up new vendors and supplier platforms.
• Experience with menu mix analysis, pars, and forecasting usage.
• Practical knowledge of Fast Casual and Quick Service operations.
• Experience with the culinary R&D process, scaling recipes and launches.
• Strong understanding of high-volume kitchen systems and food safety.
• Excellent Excel data tracking and inventory modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead ingredient sourcing and vendor relationships for automated platforms.
• Test and validate ingredients on robotic systems with B2B clients.
• Develop SOPs, prep guides, and HACCP/FSMA food safety protocols.
• Support pilot launches and store openings with on-site assistance.
• Collaborate with engineering and CE team on ingredient adaptations.
• Provide cross-functional R&D feedback and prototype support.
