MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, IA is seeking an OR Registered Nurse to circulate and scrub for a broad range of surgical cases, including cardiac, neuro, and robotic procedures. You will work with surgeons, anesthesia, and the team to ensure safe, efficient care throughout the operative continuum.

Role offers robotics exposure, professional growth, and a supportive team culture. Day shift, full-time 36 hours per week; sign-on bonus starting at $10,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent RN program.
• Current Iowa RN license or verified multistate licensure.
• Day shift availability; full-time, 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub for diverse surgical cases with full training provided.
• Participate in cardiac, neuro, and robotic-assisted procedures.
• Grow robotics skills with leading surgical technology.
• Assess patient needs pre-, intra-, and post-operatively.
• Collaborate with the team to support optimal outcomes.
• Document care and responses accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and post-op care.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants as needed.
• Engage in ongoing education, meetings, and quality initiatives.
• Float to other units or adjust shifts as needed.
