Job summary

Machina Labs in Chatsworth, CA is hiring a Manufacturing Cell Technician / Operator to support production in a robotic manufacturing environment. You will operate equipment, load and position aluminum and steel panels, and follow documented processes to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail oriented, able to work around automated equipment, and collaborates with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, routers, travelers, and manufacturing docs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machinery and production equipment.
• Load, unload, position, align, and secure panels and components.
• Verify material, tooling, fixtures, setup, and orientation before production.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, routers, travelers, and SOPs.
• Monitor equipment and identify alarms or quality issues.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
