Job summary

Machina Labs is seeking a Manufacturing Cell Technician / Operator to support production in our robotic manufacturing environment. This hands-on role involves operating equipment, loading and positioning aluminum and steel panels, and maintaining safety, quality, and delivery standards.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, comfortable with automated equipment, and ready to collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machining, or industrial production preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, routers, travelers, and basic documentation.
• Comfortable around automated machinery and robotic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machinery and production equipment.
• Load, unload, position, align, and secure panels and components.
• Verify material and setup before production.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions accurately.
• Monitor equipment and identify alarms or defects.
• Support 5S, Lean practices, and continuous improvement.
