Qualifications

• Dip Room or Robotics experience is a plus.
• Computer skills are required.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Demonstrate proficiency with applicable procedure instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain robots used in dipping of molds.
• Interface with Process Engineering and Maintenance to prevent shell problems.
• Supervise utility personnel for mold procurement and line setup.
• Document and report scrap and mold identifications per SOPs/PEIs.
• Communicate robot downtime and process issues across shifts.
• Licensed to operate a tow motor.
• Hand-dip molds that do not require robot dipping.
• Maintain slurries and related equipment during shell building.
• Keep work area clean and safe; assist with housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
