Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous Dip Room or Robotics experience a plus.
• Computer skills.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Demonstrate proficiency of applicable procedure instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain robots used in dipping of D/S, S/C, and shell molds.
• Interface with Process Engineering and Maintenance to prevent shell building problems.
• Assist with mold procurement lines and prepare mixes; maintain robotic functions during reliefs.
• Follow SOPs and PEIs for Department 620 and report scrap and mold IDs.
• Communicate robot downtime and process problems across shifts.
• Licensed to operate a tow motor.
• Hand dip molds that do not require robot dipping.
