Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run the robotic shell building system and verify equipment operation.
• Access the computer system to check processes and ensure correct operation.
• Dip and sand molds, place in dehumidification, log part numbers, times and quantities.
• Wash wax clusters and place on conveyor after inspection.
• Perform ceramic slurry testing as required.
• Mix ceramic slurries from provided formulas and maintain supply levels.
• Record work time and use operational codes correctly.
• Keep the work area clean and safe; follow all safety rules.
• Support supervisor with additional duties as needed.
• Scheduling and Excel experience are a bonus.
