Job summary

Precision Castparts is seeking a Dip Operator for the 4th shift (6pm–6am) in the Painesville area. Reports to the Ceramic Area Manager. Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience; casting background is a plus.

Candidates should be proficient with hand tools, grinders, and inspection tools, and maintain safety and attendance standards. The role emphasizes operating the robotic shell building and hand-dipping systems, generating and reviewing system

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year manufacturing operator experience.
• Casting experience a plus.
• Experience with hand tools, grinders and inspection tools; following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Run robotic shell building system and verify equipment operation.
• Operate the hand dipping system.
• Generate and analyze system reports.
• Identify molds, dip and sand, and log part numbers and quantities.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and comply with safety rules.
