Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the robotic shell building system and access the computer to verify equipment operation.
• Handle hazardous waste per MSDS and company policy.
• Generate and analyze system reports.
• Identify molds, dip and sand, and log part numbers and quantities.
• Wash wax clusters and place on conveyors after inspection.
• Perform ceramic slurry testing and maintain sand beds and slurry tanks.
• Meet efficiency standards and record work with correct codes and times.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and orderly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
