Job summary

Wonder’s Robotics team is expanding Infinite Kitchens. We are seeking a Robotics Deployment & Applications Engineer to lead onsite deployments nationwide and develop customer solutions in the lab.

This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating between internal teams, the general contractor and external vendors. Based in Boston with up to 75% travel, you will mentor technicians, build test plans, and collaborate with Hardware/Software Engineers to improve deployment processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams on site in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and third parties.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation and test plans.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and deployment in commercial environments.
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple deployments with Jira.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite deployments of Infinite Kitchens across sites.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact, coordinating internal teams, general contractors and vendors.
• Identify risks and roadblocks and drive timely resolution.
• Build and improve project management and tracking systems for deployments and maintenance.
• Improve deployment processes, documentation, and efficiency.
• Mentor a small team of technicians and collaborate with engineering in the lab.
