Fluidstack in New York is building civilization-scale AI infrastructure and robotics-enabled deployments across data centers and sites.

We seek a hands-on engineer to run pilots, installs, and scale-ups of robotics at live sites, coordinating vendors and site teams throughout the process.

You will own safety reviews, train staff, and drive reliable uptime and throughput after go-live, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying robotics or automation cells in real operating environments.
• Ability to manage integrator and vendor scopes to defined acceptance criteria.
• Strong focus on safety reviews and post-go-live performance.

Responsibilities

• Run deployment projects for robotics in live sites and factories.
• Coordinate robot vendors, integrators, and site teams from survey to steady-state.
• Own the deployment playbook: safety, commissioning, training, and support.
• Track performance post go-live and drive fixes for underperforming cells.
