Tennant Company is seeking an Automation Success Technician in Boston to lead robotics demonstrations, deployments, and customer enablement across the customer journey.

In this field-based role, you will install, configure, train, and support robotic solutions, ensuring successful adoption and measurable customer value, while collaborating with sales, service, and customer success teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of technical or field experience with robotics or automation.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel at least 60%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field robotics expert supporting customer demos, pilots, evaluations, and events.
• Install and configure robotic products at customer locations.
• Provide hands-on customer training on robot operation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot deployment-related issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Business Development, and Customer Success teams.
