Job summary

Realtime Robotics, Boston-based, is seeking a Customer Success Program Manager to coordinate customer-driven initiatives across Sales, Application Engineering, Product, Support, and other teams. You’ll champion the customer internally and ensure requests are tracked and delivered with excellence.

You’ll own onboarding, build relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, conduct regular business reviews, and translate customer needs into actionable product improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or related role in technical/industrial environment.
• Ability to engage customers in their technical language and translate requests to internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Proven ability to collect and structure customer feedback for Product/Engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for engagements and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time understanding of assigned accounts, projects, issues, workcells, and priorities.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer with context on environment and goals.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers across roles.
• Conduct regular touchpoints, reviews, and strategic discussions to demonstrate value.
• Act as intake for customer issues, assess urgency, and route to internal teams.
• Provide structured customer context to internal teams and monitor issue resolution.
