Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer relationship management or strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing relationship with high-value client accounts post-sale.
• Lead client meetings, QBRs, and issue-resolution discussions.
• Conduct onsite visits to understand client robotics applications.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.
• Identify upsell opportunities with Sales and support strategic account planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to feedback into product and services.
• Escalate issues and coordinate internal teams to resolve client challenges.
