Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own tickets end-to-end from first response to resolution.
• Diagnose bugs, walk customers through fixes, and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Escalate hard issues to Engineering, Product, or Ops and drive them to closure.
• Analyze customer data to spot patterns and surface root causes to the team.
