Matic is building the next generation of consumer home robotics. As a Robotics Customer Success Intern, you will own onboarding, answer tickets, and closely collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing to deliver a deeply personal experience for every customer.

You’ll help build systems and playbooks to scale support as we grow from ten thousand to hundred thousand customers, delivering an intuitive, reliable product and a just-in-time support model.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress; technical or analytical background preferred.
• Strong customer empathy and a bias toward action.
• Ability to troubleshoot; understands hardware+software+AI products at a high level.

Responsabilidades

• Own tickets end-to-end—from first response to resolution.
• Diagnose bugs, guide customers through fixes, and coordinate repairs or replacements when needed.
• Escalate complex issues to Engineering, Product, or Ops and drive them to closure.
• Analyze customer data to spot patterns, surface recurring issues, and inform product improvements.
• Develop deep product knowledge across hardware, software, algorithms, and the Matic app.
• Develop and deploy AI tools to improve response times and support quality.
