GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to drive a portfolio of 5–10 research projects within a multidisciplinary team focused on advanced robotics and computer vision.

You will partner with Project Leaders to ensure on-time delivery, manage milestones, and oversee procurement and budgets. You will coordinate cross-functional processes, communicate status to stakeholders, and help prepare performance reports for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations, Project Management).
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a research, engineering, or technical development environment; Master’s degree with 2 years’ experience may substitute.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage a portfolio of 5–10 research projects with detailed plans, Gantt charts, and milestone tracking.
• Operational Partnership: Partner with Project Leaders to handle non-technical work components like procurement, staffing logistics, and budget health.
• Risk & Resource Management: Identify risks or schedule bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies to protect project health.
• Stakeholder & Process Management: Serve as primary/secondary contact for stakeholders; ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Strategic Support: Prepare project reports and performance summaries for internal and external audiences.
