Job summary
Pentair is seeking an Automation & Robotics Maintenance Specialist for the Moorpark, CA area. The role involves installing, inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment in a high‑volume manufacturing setting.
You will troubleshoot robots and automation systems, read electrical and hydraulic diagrams, perform preventive maintenance, and mentor junior technicians on best practices. 1st shift with OT as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Experience with Wittmann robotic systems and Fanuc 6-axis robots in manufacturing.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
- Willingness to mentor and train junior technicians.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Wittmann and Fanuc robotics and automation systems.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and mechatronic problems to maximize uptime.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on robotic and injection molding equipment.
- Train and mentor technicians on robotic systems and maintenance best practices.
